We will need to agree on each point before starting a project to avoid potential conflicts of interest.

Topics & Necessity

• Can be your, my, or our common research interests (common is preferred). 尽量是我们共同的研究兴趣，或不同兴趣/主题/方法的交叉
• Should have significant theoretical and/or methodological implications. 应具有充分的理论意义或方法贡献
• Only necessary to collaborate if the project requires knowledge beyond our own expertise. 我们优势互补，合作才有必要

General Authorship

• Authorship order should depend on contributions (first = who proposes the original idea). 按国际惯例，作者顺序应取决于贡献（原创研究想法提出者应为第一作者）
• All authors should have necessary and substantial intellectual contributions. 所有作者都应体现必要的实质性贡献
• All authors must read and approve the submitted version of manuscript. 所有作者都必须阅读知晓并确认稿件

My (Bao, H.-W.-S.) Authorship

• The ONLY first or corresponding author (i.e., NO co-first or co-corresponding author) if I propose the original research idea or lead (with main contribution to) the article writing. 如果我提出了研究原创想法或主笔文章，我为唯一第一或通讯作者，不接受共同一作或共同通讯
• Other authorship if the research is not my original research idea and I do not lead the writing. 如果研究不是我的原创想法，且我不主笔文章（仅修改、润色、提建议），我不作为一作或通讯（但如果对文章贡献较大，可能为共同通讯）
